Electronics and Communication


Guided by Prof.Karabi Kalita Das, has lots of years of teaching experience in the field of Electronics & Communication Engineering. The Branch is regarded as one of the most dynamic and sought-after branches in the field of engineering. Our well-qualified, experienced and motivated team of professors motivates students to excel in their academics as well as in projects. The department encourages the faculty in research for their academic development. Many faculty members are registered for their Ph.D facilitation the faculty have had their research paper published (about 60 research papers in national/international journals). The faculty has also contributed their work towards writing books, and some of them are under publication. The department prepares students to fulfill the contemporary needs of the industry and for future technological challenges. The students are further trained to use modern software based analytical and design tools. All these contributions empowers the students to comfortably take up any innovative or challenging job relating to design, operation and maintenance of electronic systems, ICs, VLSI design, communications (analog, digital & optical), computer hardware, instrumentation, computer controlled systems, etc. The unflinching academic effort of the faculty has attributed to one student to stand 5th in the University merit list

Our third year students Ms. Sadhana Singh ,Mr. Ritesh kumar ojha & Mr. Ravi Sekher kumar achieved first position award in national level robotics workshop cum championship event “ ROBOHUNK’15” in association with IIT Bhubaneswar. Our final year student Mr. Kundan Kumar receive award on 13th March 2015 for his line project “Security System For farm” in Hathras (U.P) by Yo Time Pvt. Ltd.
